iSCSI Cake is a windows based iSCSI target. It shares server's disk or partition with iSCSI initiators/clients. Client can access iSCSI disk as local disk which support partition, format, read and write disk operation. The key feature of iSCSI Cake is disk protection which means client can write, delete, format and repartition iSCSI disk without changing any byte in server's disk.

This software combined with StarWind iSCSI target running on server allows you to burn to remote CD and DVD burners over the network, backup and restore to remote tape drives, work with remote virtual hard disk drives over the network, backup whole server storage subsystem over the network, work with the dynamic volume snapshots, incremental backups and virtual tapes etc.

This software combined with StarPort iSCSI initiator running on client allows you to export any local CD and DVD burners to the network users, export local tape drives for backup and restore on client machine, "redirect" virtual hard disk drives over the network, export whole server storage subsystem over the network at the block level, work with the dynamic volume snapshots, incremental backups and virtual tapes etc.

A network based virtual disk & RAID system, maps disks from one computer to others.and these disks look as if a normal disk, someone can partition, format and some file operation. But all the operation only work local, do not affect to the server...

A network based virtual disk system, iFlyDisk used a server by using it's disk or disk image file as a data source. iFlyDisk provided the data service for the clients, and create a disk(all the same as the server's) on the user's computer, The user use this disk all the same as the disk on the server, such as disk partition,disk format and so on...
